IT Analyst

Problem:
An IT analyst company based exclusively on the Internet needed to update
its web server technology, and back-end support applications to offer more
competitive services on the Internet.
Solution:
Phase2 Software provided a portion of the technical talent which also included
a strategic group of consultants from Microsoft and engineers from the
company. This team produced a website, and the back-end support applications
for the new system. Phase2 in particular, was responsible for the
search engines and associated web interface, personalization management,
and design of the interface to the back-end financial systems.
