Head Coach: Rand Cayer has a United
States Soccer National A License and National Youth License. Coach Cayer who is in
his 20th year of coaching soccer also conducts state level coaching courses for the New
Hampshire Soccer Association. During his career, Coach Cayer has taught all ages
from U-6 to college level. While Coach Cayer's teams have enjoyed many victories
over the years, he feels that his greatest success comes from the development of his
players and the enjoyment that they derive from the game itself. His proven
philosophy stresses having fun while developing individual skills and teamwork.
Coach Cayer has prepared many players for the next level, but more importantly he has
provided hundreds of players with an experience that will not only benefit him or her as a
player, but as a young adult as well. |
